Minutes for 4 March 2016¶

Apologies:

1. Build a generic environment to work with different softwares in the near future.
2. Make a more consistent way to define error codes for Zinc and Iron.
3. Some bugs have been reported for cmake, how to address these bugs without Daniel. Totalview is now working with the new version.
